Blue Tree works with our clients to assemble and structure energy efficiency and renewable energy transactions. We have particular expertise in monetization of tax incentives, loan guarantee programs, and working with commercial lenders on small scale (below $20MM) and community based projects. 

Given the myriad of fragmented State and Federal and Utility financial incentives and the macroeconomic challenges of accessing commercial credit, renewable energy and efficiency projects are currently complex to arrange. We can help navigate these complexities by working closely with project developers and finding the right deal structure to make projects feasible and financeable. 

We have experience with biomass, recycling, green building, and solar PV projects.  Recently, we completed a market analysis of commercial lending and project finance available for small scale renewable energy projects for The Energy Trust of Oregon.

Blue Tree is also working as a financial advisor to the GreenVille Project, a proposed net-zero green retail center in Portland.
